Introduction

Star Lake City is a Third-tier City located in the region of the Second-tier Silver Frost City in the Greater World. Star Lake City have the Star Lake Legion.

City battles were essentially fights over fuel for power furnaces. Theses would affect not only the contribution points earned by the two participating cities’ city legions but also the living standards of the two cities’ residents.

Star Lake City Promotion

Star Lake City got promoted into a second-tier city after receiving power furnaces's fuel from:

• River Light City - 5th power furnaces's fuel.
• Fifteen third-tier cities - 6th to 20th power furnaces's fuel.

Once a third-tier city gathered twenty power furnace’s worth of fuel, it would get upgraded into a second-tier city.
