First mentioned in chapter 349, Star Alliance is a first-rate guild that operates in Star-Moon City. They used to compete against Ouroboros for supremacy in Star-Moon City, but after the internal conflict in Ouroboros, they were able to establish themself in the city.

History
Original Story:
The Star Alliance was first introduced when news of the Intermediate Mana Armor Kits was being sold at the White River City's Candlelight Trading Firm. They had encountered issues with Underworld, who were in control of the eastern region of the White River City, and were afraid that they would monopolize the Mana Armor Kits. When they arrived at Candlelight, there were other guilds present, with even Nine Dragons Emperor and Blood Dragon present.
When Nine Dragons Emperor had deployed the War Dragon Legion and Blood Legion to handle Zero Wing after Black Flame's offense against him, Star Alliance had deployed a number of elites and experts in White River City in order to gain some profit from their supposed demise. However, since Zero Wing was able to drive away the Heavenly Dragon Pavilion's forces, they retreated as well.
Conflict with Zero Wing
Star Alliance lost war with Zero Wing. In that war Star Alliance lost 50,000 experts while Zero Wing only lost 4,000.
Witch's Hill Conflict
Star Alliance was mentioned again in chapter 2013, when news of Zero Wing gathering 1,000 Tier 2 experts in White River City was reported to Galaxy Past by Purple Eye. Since they were informed about the Starlight Alliance hiring the War Riders to deal with Zero Wing, Galaxy Past was preparing the guild to extend their influence in the Star-Moon Kingdom and establish themselves as the number one guild.
Post Stone Forest City's Conflict
Star Alliance was mentioned again in chapter 2166 when news of Zero Wing defeating Starlink's forces in the conflict over Stone Forest City in the Undead Forest of Bottomless Abyss. Galaxy Past was observing the various adventurer teams teleporting through Star-Moon City's Teleportation Hall, before moving to another platform to be teleported to White River City, the home base of Zero Wing
Sequel Story:
When Shi Feng was away from the Miniature Ancient World, Mysterious Moon, Star Alliance, and the Purple Light Trading Firm had all chosen to merge into Zero Wing. Meanwhile, because of the two first-rate Guilds and the Purple Light Trading Firm's mix, Zero Wing became the Seventh Great Power among the Miniature Ancient World's various native powers.
