The Mana Barrier is Netherworld Empire's greatest creation. When activated by a group of players, it creates a Domain for a short time, allowing those within it to be freed from any restrictive effects such as Spatial Imprisonment. The barrier also prevents anything from entering once active, but is less effective on higher tier beings.
