First mentioned in chapter 3568 (ch. 642 of sequel).

Holy Ring City was a Neutral City situated in the Eternal Realm's World Ark Map. It would also be one of the cities where all powers in the Greater God's Domain sought to occupy.

In Shi Feng previous life, Holy Ring City became the only Neutral City to remain truly independent (not fall under a power's control) after the discovery of the Eternal Realm's entrances.

However, only a small number of powers could truly ever move into Holy Ring City. This was because entry into the city was not limited by race.

As Holy Ring City could only accommodate a limited number of players, only the Guilds that managed to secure one of the city's 16 Guild Residence slots could let a fixed number of their members enter the city freely. As for everyone else, they would need to obtain an entry slot via the World Ark.

Mythical Races[]

Holy Ring City's Mythical Races conversion slots offered an opportunity for players to convert into a Mythical Race.

If players could convert to any Mythical Races, they could definitely achieve a qualitative improvement. They might also match, or possibly even surpass, Golden Masters in combat standards.

Twelve Aristocrats[]

Holy Ring City had twelve aristocratic positions, specifically six viscounts, four counts, and two dukes. They were established by the First City Lord, and they coincided with the twelve official fiefs that covered the World Ark’s core area around Holy Ring City.

The only way for players to acquire a Guild City in the World Ark, the first high-level World Mode Regional Dungeon in the Eternal Realm, was by becoming one of Holy Ring City’s Twelve Aristocrats and acquiring an official fief.

A Ring City Royal Order was necessary to become one of the Twelve Aristocrats. Shi Feng obtained the Fourth Ring City Royal Order, becoming a 2-star Count of Holy Ring City. Later on, he got promoted into a 3-star Count of Holy Ring City.
