Introduction[]

God’s Domain was a virtual reality game made by an advanced Civilization of a Higher Dimension. Whether it was the Greater God's Domain or the various God’s Domains that filled it, everyone simply assumed these were virtual creations made for humans and humans only. Nobody had ever thought that civilizations outside of human civilizations existed. [1]

Compared to the Human Race’s Greater God’s Domain, the Holy Race’s Greater God’s Domain was much bigger in size, and the competition there was much more intense. Yet, even under such conditions, only Ten Royal Powers existed, and they ruled over the Greater God’s Domain like an emperor. Among them, each royal power had varying trump cards. [2]

However, that all changed along with the Eternal Realm’s appearance. It was discovered that humans weren’t the only sentient species in existence, and neither were humans the only sentient species to have access to God’s Domain. [1]

The other sentient species in question regarded themselves as the Holy Race. They possessed appearances similar to elves, but they had many sacred patterns covering their bodies. Meanwhile, not only did the Holy Race have different combat styles from humans, but even the power they used in God’s Domain was completely different.[1]

Appearance[]

Players with elf-like appearances. These elf-like players were dressed in shorts and tulles, and their bodies were covered in glowing rune-like markings. [3]

Description[]

Similar to how humans relied on Mana as their foundation for combat, the Holy Race relied on Holy Power. However, unlike Mana, Holy Power couldn’t induce various phenomena. Instead, it was a power that strengthened the user’s essence. If speaking purely in terms of Physique and Basic Attributes, the Holy Race’s players were comparable to Angels of the same tier. [1]

Moreover, the Holy Race’s sacred patterns were similar to the Angels’ wings in that the more sacred patterns a member of the Holy Race could etch onto their bodies, the more they could benefit from Holy Power, and the stronger they would become. [1]

Due to these reasons, the average human player simply wasn’t a match for the average member of the Holy Race. And because of this situation, when the Holy Race eventually invaded the Greater God’s Domain, they took no time to spread the flames of war across half of the Greater God’s Domain. At the time, countless hegemonic powers, corporations, and even conglomerates had perished. [1]

Known Royal Powers[]

“According to our investigations, the Holy Race has ten Royal Powers, and each is as strong, if not stronger than our Apex Powers." - by Seven Luminaries Alliance [6]

Other Powers:[]

Holy Aura[]

Holy Aura could be considered a method of using Holy Power to greatly strengthen one’s offensive and defensive capabilities, whereas Holy Arts were essentially the evolution of Holy Aura. Or, more specifically, they were special methods of using Holy Aura. [7]

Holy Body[]

Meanwhile, based on the Alliance’s investigation and research, Holy Race players innately possessed Physique that was much stronger than human players. Combined with the Attribute Strengthening effect of Holy Aura, even the tanks of human players could not hope to match Holy Race players of the same tier in Defense and the various Resistances. [2]

The Holy Body of Holy Race players was similar to the Divine Body of human players. It was qualitatively superior to the Tier 5 body in Physique, Resistance, and damage reduction. As a result, Tier 5 players would have great difficulty damaging anyone with a Tier 6 Holy Body. Unless they could overcome the upper limit of the Holy Body’s damage reduction, the damage they could cause would be considerably limited. [2]

Killing Benefits[]

According to the information they gathered, if Holy Race players were to kill human players, the latter would be prohibited from logging into God's Domain for two days on top of suffering the standard death penalty. And although there was no way to verify it, the reverse should also be true. So, if they could eliminate all of the Holy Race players, they could delay detailed information on the human race from falling into the Holy Race hands by two more days, which would significantly help their subsequent operations. [8]

In God’s Domain, so long as players killed alien players, they could earn Merit Points from the Adventurer’s Association. Upon accumulating 10 Merit Points, players would receive an Adventurer Medallion and become qualified to exchange for items in the Adventurer’s Association’s treasury.[9]
