Description
The Heaven's Rumble Training Center is Zero Wing's training center in the real world. It is located in Fenglin City and was previously the Century Training Center's branch in the city. It was refurbished with the latest training and medical equipment before it was open to the public.
The purpose of the training center is to serve as a talent pool for Zero Wing's recruitment.

Membership
There are two types of membership in the training center: Members and Disciples. In order to become a disciple, one would have to meet the requirements that was set by Shi Feng. Disciples would be the selected member who would eventually become Zero Wing experts. [1]

On it's grand opening, more than 5,000 members had already registered and more than 200 disciples had been selected. [2]
History
Shi Feng received approvement about buying ex-HQ Ouroboros Training Center from the Gentle Snow in Chapter 1935. Zero Wing Workshop moved to their new HQ in Chapter 1936.
Grand Opening (Chapter 2184 to 2192)
When the news of Heaven's Rumble Training Center's Grand Opening was made known, many of the training centers and dojos in Fenglin City were skeptical about it's survival due to Starline Corporation's Lu Xingluo targetting it.
During the grand opening, many of Fenglin City's VIPs were invited by Xiao Yu to attend. Many young fighters were curious about the training center, and came down to inspect it for themselves. Wang Zhongquan, a hired mercenary, was sent by Starline Corporation to destroy the reputation of the training center. Fire Dance stepped up to his challenge and was able to repel him easily, while injuring him in the process. Ashamed at his defeat, Wang Zhongquan was furious and wanted to challenge her again, before Shi Feng made his apperance.
Wang Zhongquan immediately challenged Shi Feng and released the first attack. Instead of dodging, Shi Feng grab his wrist and was able to toss him through the air. Wang Zhongquan was knocked unconscious and all the guest were shocked at the result of that first exchange. Most of the younger fighters and maritial artist came to an conclusion that Wang Zhongquan might have been hired to put on a show in order to boost the training center's reputation. However those experienced fighters and dojo members were able to identify the truth, that Shi Feng had just exhibited Neutralization. They immediately recognised him as an neutralizing grandmaster.
After Wang Zhongquan woke up, he immediately surrendered due to recognising Shi Feng's strength as a neutralizing grandmaster and settled his debts with Shi Feng. He gave six bottles of the Green God Company's Life Potion and the invitation in Nine States City for an internal auction which sold more as part of the compensation. Shi Feng added on his own condition, which was for Wang Zhongquan to teach Lu Xingluo a lession. Althought Wang Zhongquan was hesitant, he still agreed in the end.
After Wang Zhongquan left, many of the upper echelons of the training centers and dojos came forward to congratulate Shi Feng and Xiao Yu while offering huge gifts. All thoughts to make trouble was forgotten and they tried to curry favor instead. Many of the young fighters immediately signed up with the training center.
