Description
The Dark Cloud Legion is 1,000 members strong, and consists of Hundred Flowers Pavilion elite and expert members who followed her to Holy Hill Kingdom to establish a Branch Guild. The legion is supposingly on par in strength with other superpowers' trump card legion.[1]
