Charge is a Tier 0 Skill available to Berserkers. When activated, it allows them to charge towards a target within 5-yards of them.
When a user achieves a 99% Skill Completion Rate, the user's charge speed sharply increases and they release a powerful pressure that reduces the target's reaction speed by 20%, and Movement Speed and Attack Speed by 40% for one second.
