Authority can be categorized into ordinary, basic, intermediate, advanced, and master controller. [1]
ADVANCED AUTHORITY[]
Every NPC city possessed different levels of authority. Meanwhile, an Advanced Garrison Order allowed a Guild to have advanced authority right off the bat. [2]
The Advanced Garrison Order was like the proof of one’s status, Wielders of this crystal token were equivalent to the major nobles [3]. As long as a player obtained one, there would be no need for players to accumulate Reputation Points gradually to increase their authority. [4]
A player could gain advanced authority over a determined place by obtaining special items such as Emblems or Lord Tokens.
Thunder Island[]
In order to develop in Thunder Island, players are required to build up their authority by gaining Thunder Contribution Points. [1]
Authority Requirements []
- Ordinary Authority: 300 Contribution Points.
- Basic Authority: 3,000 Contribution Points.
- Intermediate Authority: 10,000 Contribution Points.
- Advanced Authority: 100,000 Contribution Points or obtain one Thunder Emblem.
- Master Authority: whoever holds all 10 Thunder Emblems (only 10 exist) gain absolute authority.
Stormwind Town[]
The NPC towns within Sea’s End were different from those on land. Rather, they were somewhat similar to Thunder Island. The higher a player’s status was in a town, the more authority they would possess there. [4]
Advanced Authority Benefits []
The Stormwind Emblem granted advanced authority over Stormwind Town. Thus, conferring the benefits below:
- Receive a 20% discount when trading for items or services in the town's Sea God's Temple. [5]
- Could purchase Stormwind Town's Land. [5]
Evernight City[]
Evernight City was different from ordinary NPC cities. The privileges that a Guild got to enjoy within the city was dependent on the location of its garrison.
Members of a Guild garrisoned in Evernight City’s normal area were allowed entry into the city even without doing the city’s entry quest.
Guilds that garrisoned the city’s inner area were also qualified to take part in the Dark Auction, which was held once a week at the city’s Auction House. [6]
Advanced Authority Benefits[]
Advanced authority in a Dark City allows a Guild to:
- Connect multiple Guild towns to the city via Teleportation Arrays.
- Purchase Land in the central area of the city. The benefits a Guild receives for garrisoning the central area allowed the Guild members:
- Exchange for suitable weapons and equipment without having to rely on Dark Players.
- Receive a 30% discount when using the teleportation arrays of Evernight City. [6]
Cold Wind City[]
When a player receives 500 Contribution Points in the Cold Wind City, they will be able to become the Acting Lord for one month.
With the Acting City Lord’s Token, a player would be considered Cold Wind City’s ruler and possess advanced authority over the city. [7]
Advanced Authority Benefits[]
Advanced authority over Cold Wind City granted the following benefits:
- Gain access to several empty plots of Land in Cold Wind City’s central district. These plots were specifically reserved for the Acting City Lord to build Advanced Constructions, such as Advanced Smithies, Advanced Restaurants, Advanced Shops, and Advanced Magic Stores.
- Can construct a Teleportation Plaza in the central district able to transport players to Cold Wind City’s border fortresses that were located in very far away high-resourse maps.
- Can decide both the teleportation fees and the currency used (the system would impose a maximum and minimum amount).
- Receive 20% of the income from the teleportation gates.
Building certain Advanced Constructions would award City Contribution Points (CCP) as well. Only, the amount varied depending on the type of construction. [7]
